How do I book a session at a bay?
You may book a session online through our website or on our mobile application.
Do I need to book ahead of time, or can I walk in?
It is highly recommended that you do book ahead because we cannot guarantee an
empty bay is available for use. Our booking system will reflect which bays are available.
What is the cancellation policy for the bay and lessons?
We require a minimum of at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a pre-existing booking.
What if I arrive late for my booking?
We do not provide extensions for booking sessions as there might be another booking
right after your session. You can always approach any of our Royal Bays Golf staff or
access our online booking for another session.
Do I have to bring my own golf clubs?
You are strongly encouraged to bring your own golf clubs.
My Clubs are dirty, what can I do?
We have cleaning products available in each bay for you to wipe any dirt off your clubs
effortlessly.
Does Royal Bays Golf Club provide food and drinks?
Yes, we have a bistro and a bar. Please check out our menu at the club. Please note
that no outside food and drinks are allowed.
I am a left-handed golfer, will there be a problem?
Not at all. All our bays are playable by left-handed golfers.
Can I bring my own Golf Balls?
Yes, as long as they are brand new and unused on the course. We also have indoor golf balls in the bays available for you to use.
